Queue_log all calls marked ABANDONED?
I went to run my queue_log parser so that I could send out a monthly report to one of my customers, and I noticed that every valid call complete action (COMPLETEAGENT, COMPLETECALLER) is followed by an ABANDON: Here is a complete-caller: 1123325015|1123325011.2|mainq|NONE|ENTERQUEUE||00110102102 1123325020|1123325011.2|mainq|Agent/21|CONNECT|5

Abandoned queue calls do not produce a CDR?
Hello everyone, I've just upgraded from 1.6.1.9 to 1.6.2.13. I have noticed that (after the upgrade) abandoned calls within the Queue produce no cdr at all. I am using unanswered = no (the default) in cdr.conf. The call shows, as expected, in the queue_log as ABANDON The dialplan is: Ringing(); Answer(); // need to answer or no music! goto

Queue Abandoned and DND
Hi I'm using Ast 1.0.3, and managing a Queue for ACD. Our Callcenter supervisor uses Flash Operator Panel to see status of the Queue, and logged in Agents. All calls that stay to long in the Queue gets into a Voicemail, in order to have customer leave a message. 1. I see the Queue has a Completed and Abandoned counter. I have not found a exact definition of these, besides the obvius ones.

Queue "abandon" count increments incorrectly?
My abandon count seems to increment by two whenever there's an abandon... has anyone else noticed this? I'm on (more or less) the latest CVS... probably about a month old. I can't find anything in bugs.digium.com about it. Thanks, Chad

How to get original recipient from Postfix when using LMTP?
Many people prefer to use LMTP for delivery from postfix for better efficiency but X-Original-to header support still missing after many years. One affect of this is need to set sieve_vacation_dont_check_recipient = yes which violate Sieve standard and cause auto-replyies sent to messages that should not happen. Or abandon LMTP. or abandon postfix?? So while feature request is stalled are

Problem with Queue_log and CDR.
Good afternoon list. I am facing a problem with the CDR and Queue_log tables (MySQL). The ABANDON events is being saved correctly in queue_log, but in the table CDR is not saving the registry of such abandoned calls. Apparently the CDR table is functioning normally, I have several records of links in it. From what I noticed, is only the events abandonment that are malfunctioning. With this

Canceled/abandoned request to Mongrel/Ruby
...ing what happens in Mongrel/Ruby when a user asks for a page but then hits Stop in the browser or just clicks a different link before the response comes back. The reason I ask is that the app I''m building does a fair amount of database work on each page. From what I can tell, when a user abandons a request, the server has no awareness of this and thus continues waiting for the database to serve it so it can respond to the user. Is there some mechanism or best practice to stop this? With the single-threaded nature of Ruby, that one server stays tied up until it gets its response from the d...

Alternative GUI
Hey All, I'm considering moving from CentOS 6 to CentOS 7. I'm not interested in dealing with Gnome 3. I've heard good things about Mate, a fork of Gnome 2. it appears that Mate is available in the EPEL repository associated with CentOS 7. Have any of you tried Mate on CentOS 7? In your experienced opinion what would I be giving up by abandoning Gnome 3 and installing Mate

Has markaby been abandoned?
Recently discovered Markaby. Before I use it on a production system, I''d like to know if it is still being maintained? According to the change log, the last change was in February of 2006. Does this mean that the project has been abandoned? Or, at version 0.3 it was considered production stable and complete? -- Best Regards, -Larry "Work, work, work...there is no satisfactory

Strange things happening at SourceForge
Ars Technica reports of ?abandoned projects? on SourceForge being taken over by SourceForge with adware installers added to executables. arstechnica.com/information-technology/2015/05/sourceforge-grabs-gimp-for-windows-account-wraps-installer-in-bundle-pushing-adware/ This might be something to be wary of with FLAC considering the main focus for FLAC has moved from SourceForge to Xiph.org.
