fftw upgrade?
...he mother distribution from RedHat. AFAIK, there are changes to the API in fftw version 3, which may give problems with 3rd party packages. Has anyone got experience with this? And any advice to offer? what happens when I store linear models in an array?

permutation test assumption?
Dear all, Can I do a permutation test if the number of individuals in one group is much bigger than in the other group? I searched the literature but I didin´t find any assumption that refers to this subject for permutation tests.
