Distribution Fixes
I have two patches enclosed below. One for 'ogg' and the other for 'vorbis'.
Basically, I was trying to do a 'make dist' and then 'rpm -ta <filename>' to
try and generate some nice RPMs for vorbis stuff.
Basically in the ogg .spec file, I move the 'libogg.a' and 'libogg.so' stuff into
the devel package (all other packages I've seen do

WinAmp Streaming
I'm currently working on adding streaming capabilities to the WinAmp plugin
and was wondering if I'm duplicating anyone else's work.
Right now it's about half done. I'll be submitting the changes when it's
finished (if I can figure out how to work CVS :-).

Hi,
I don't really know the details of the discussion, but I'd like to
present this issue from a user-oriented perspective, and from the
perspective of how Nautilus wants to use data files.
In brief, Nautilus makes the assumption that the mime type is
sufficient to pick the right applicatiob or pluggable component to
view/edit a particular content type. This is quickly coming to be the
