hppa, powerpcspe: call for klibc/mksh testers
Hi,
no mailing list for powerpcspe? What?s the progress of your
architectures? I don?t see much happening on debian-ports.org,
and taking your architectures off that infrastructure hurts
others (I?ve ?revived? m68k and kept it running on d-p.o which
helps a bit).
Anyway: a new klibc (2.0~rc5-1) has been uploaded, and an mksh
companion version (40.9.20120518-1) depending on it and trying

cross-platform email client
I'm a Thunderbird user almost since day one, but now I'm looking for
something else. For whatever reason, it doesn't work well for me - every
once in a while it becomes non-responsive (UI completely frozen for
several seconds, CPU usage goes to 100%) and I just can't afford to
waste time waiting for the email software to start working again.

fletcher started work on an editing app
with markdown-preview built right in,
after reporting on his blog that he had
"seen the future" in ali's post last month,

Help for sources.list
Greetings!
I would be very grateful if someone could supply a suitable
line to enter into /etc/apt/sources.list for the benefit of
a complete dummy user (i.e. me -- I do not want to have to
do any interpretation, guesswork, reading of docs, etc.;
I want to just copy it in).
The machine in question is an Intel laptop, wuth Debian Lenny

SSD Optimizations
I''m looking to try BTRFS on a SSD, and I would like to know what SSD
optimizations it applies. Is there a comprehensive list of what ssd
mount option does? How are the blocks and metadata arranged? Are there
options available comparable to ext2/ext3 to help reduce wear and
improve performance?
Specifically, on ext2 (journal means more writes, so I don''t use ext3 on
SSDs,
