[LLVMdev] post-inc loads/stores
Hi Jonas, There's not really a very clean way to do this currently. The ARM backend does it as you indicate with the writeback register listed as an output as well as an input and marked as a tied operand constraint. Search for _PRE and _POST in ARMInstrInfo.td for examples. For most instances, instruction selection is done via custom lowering, not an ISel pattern on the pattern; see ARMISelLowering.cpp for that. -Jim On Feb 7, 2011, at 8:42 AM, Jonas Paulsson wrote: > Hi, > > I would like to know how I should def...

[LLVMdev] post-inc loads/stores
Hi, I would like to know how I should define these types of instructions in LLVM. I have for instance a load instruction that increments the address-register. I do not know how I should mark this - should the address register as well be in the outs list, or should some other flag be set, perhaps? Thank you, /Jonas -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was

vignettes present in 2 folders or won't work
I take Duncan's point but would second the motion to have WRE clarify how static vignettes are supposed to work; it's a topic I am repeatedly confused about despite being an experienced package maintainer. If knowledgeable outsiders compiled a documentation patch would it be likely to be considered ...?? On 11/1/20 2:29 PM, Duncan Murdoch wrote: > On 01/11/2020 1:02 p.m., Alexandre

latest prototype breaks toggle
I''ve found that when I revert this change, toggle works again. Otherwise, it''s broken (Mac OS Tiger, Safari and Firefox): - element.style.display = - (element.style.display == ''none'' ? '''' : ''none''); + Element[Element.visible(element) ? ''show'' : ''hide''](element); I looked

kickstart %pre vda/sda troubles
hi, The problem: for kvm/qemu disks are /dev/vdx devices when using the virtio driver. For vmware, drives are /dev/sdx devices. For hp servers, /dev/ccisss/whatever (sorry, no proliant with an array controller handy to check it). in order to just have one kickstart script to maintain I am trying to use the %pre section but getting a bit stuck. This is what I have: %pre if [ -b /dev/sda ] then

IPv4 routed virtual networks
OK, either I have taken a stupid pill and am missing something basic or routed network do not work. I assume that, if they did work, it would be in more or less that same manner as a nat network as far as ping'ing, ssh'ing, etc. to another real host on the same real LAN as the virtualization host. At least that is what I believe I should expect. I have googled for info and everything

Re: dragging windows leaves traces -- running older GeForce drivers on newer cards
...ATI now offers a "closed source" unified driver as well. 8) My final comments The reality is that video card products are _obsoleted_ within 12 months. GPUs double in performance 2-3 times faster than CPUs, which means driver development goes hand-in-hand with engineering development _pre-release_. In other words, we can dream of a day where there is no cutting-edge intellectual property in GPUs so vendors can release drivers as GPL, and not have to hack kernel interfaces because of 3rd party NDA obligations. But the idea that video card drivers can be community developed means th...
