...n for exceptions (e.g. expect/don't expect one)

although I used it on something private)
- possibility to run only some of the tests, which greatly helps
debugging the failure of one
All those thigs at least help _me_ when debugging tests, and as such
they provide value to me.
Sure, all the above things can be done manually; what would be the
gain though, other basically rewriting oUnit?

I am glad too. Thank you. My ultimate goal is to ensure that R works as well
on FreeBSD as it does elsewhere.

...eason via two projects I have been
(co-)authoring: littler and RInside. They both "embed" R via libR and we do
both rpath ("somewhat" verboten by Debian Policy as it hard codes a path,
hence the alternate of placing it where ldd / ldconfig find it).
But please note that that is _me_ doing this, and the R Core gospel we have
been trying for you to understand still stand: __what you insist is needed
actually is not__.

context being ignored by inbound sip call
hello-
i was messing around with a did from ipkall.com, and asterisk seems
to be ignoring the context specified in the sip config.
in sip.conf, i've added:
[7508] ;ipkall
type = peer
dtmfmode = rfc2833
context = remote
callerid = "ipkall incoming" <7508>
nat = no
in extensions,conf, i have:
[remote]
exten => 7508,1,DISA(1111|internal)
[internal]

plan of action?
greetings,
can someone(s) in authority please come up with a plan(s) of action in
regards to this list medium?
unfortunately this list has pretty much reached the point of no return and
has become virtually useless.

Fewer dependencies make the code easier for others to consume, and
that's especially true when (like oUnit) those

IMHO - as Kern (Bacula lead developer) is pushing Bacula forward I dont understand this too. It must be

Skype-to-Asterisk(SIP): progress
I'm sitting in the Emerging Telephony Conference, so this seems a
particularly apt place to pre-announce this...
I've wanted to be able to gateway calls between Skype and Asterisk
for a while, which of course would require some type of protocol
converter (IAX or SIP to Skype, probably.) This of course is
directly not in Skype's interest, since they would like to keep the
network

Using virsh blockcopy -- what's it supposed to accomplish?
I am experimenting with the blockcopy command, and after figuring out
how to integrate qemu-nbd, nbd-client and
dumpxml/undefine/blockcopy/define/et. al. I have one remaining question:
What's the point?
The "replication" disk file is not, from what I can ascertain, bootable.
I expect this operation to create a pristine copy of my source qcow2
file (at a given point in time)

[LLVMdev] 9 Ideas To Better Support Source Language Developers
...st. That way we can keep track of different topics on
different discussion threads. I doubt you'll want to do that, however:
these are all great ideas and should just be adopted without further
discussion! :)))) <kidding!>
The following items are ranked roughly in order of importance to _me_.
Feel free to rank them for your needs -- it would be interesting to see
what's important to others.

Source languages are likely to create lots of named type and value
definitions for the memory objects th...

Proposed table specification (long!)
Gentlefolk,
I have been thinking on Markdown's lack of "proper" table support for a long
while now. Here's where I have arrived...
## I Don't Like HTML Tables
It is often argued that embedded HTML is the way to markdown rich tables.
Unfortunately, this contradicts the higher markdown ideal that a raw
markdown document (including tables!) should be good
