3.9.1-rc3 has been tagged
Hi,
I have tagged 3.9.1-rc3. The only differences from -rc2 were a few
bug fixes for ARM/AARCH64, so if you aren't testing either of these
I think it's safe to take this -rc off and what for -final.
I'm hoping to do -final next week after I get the ARM test results.
Thanks,
Tom

[4.0.0 Release] 'final' has been tagged
Dear testers,
The final version of 4.0.0 was just tagged (from the 4.0 branch at
r297335). There were no changes after rc4.
Please build the final binaries and upload to the sftp.
For others following along: this means 4.0.0 is complete, but it will
take a few days to get the tarballs ready and uploaded to the web
page. I will send the announcement once everything's done.
Many thanks for

3.7.1-rc1 has been tagged. Let's begin testing!
John removed the assertion in his major alignment tracking patch. I
manually did that on the branch in r253380.

required.

[LLVMdev] 3.6.2-final has been tagged.
Hi,
I have tagged 3.6.2-final, so testers can start building and uploading
-final binaries. There was only one change between 3.6.2-rc1 and
3.6.2-final, which was a patch to the R600 backend to fix the build
with VS2012. Running a full regression suite is probably not necessary,
but you still can if you want to be extra careful.

Dear testers,
7.0.0-rc2 was just tagged (from branch revision r340437).
There have been a bunch of merges since rc1, and hopefully many of the
issues with the previous candidate are fixed in this one.
Please run the test script, share the results, and upload binaries.
I will publish source tarballs, docs, and binaries on the web page
once they're ready.
Thanks,
