Anyone else have problems with phones like SPA-922, SPA-921, etc? Inbound audio is perfect but the remote end reports audio quality issues on the audio the handset is sending out. It's not the network.... I've tried asterisk 1.2, 1.4. I've used ulaw, G726, G793 & G729. Ulaw seems to be the least problematic but its still an issue. Doesn't matter if we send the calls to the PSTN

Hello, I have uploaded a custom ringtone to our SPA-922's for the purpose of sounding like a door bell chime when the doorbell is pressed. I am using __alert_info to set this ringtone. It appears that I can only set the ringtone via alert_info for the ringtones that come from Linksys. Has anyone else seen this issue? I am doing the following: exten => 100,1,SetVar(_ALERT_INFO=doorbell)

All other phones we work with will auto-answer when we do this: [macro-paging1way] exten => s,1,SIPAddHeader(Call-Info: answer-after=0) exten => s,n,Page(${PAGINGLIST}) exten => s,n, Hangup The SPA phones simply ring. I have verified that Auto Answer Page is set to yes (the default). We've tried a variety of firmware versions and phone ages, going back to an old 942 and new 504s.

Hello, What is the better solution now to run linux domUs under Xen3? Using a VT hardware, sould I install a xen-patched kernel as I would where no VT extension, or use an unmodified linux guest system? Is there any performance difference between a Pentium D 3 Ghz with vt (9xx) and without it (8xx)? I have a dell inspiron 8200 laptop running centos 4.1 just fine. I want to connect it to an external 32 inch LCD. This laptop is dual boot windows. I set windows up to 1024x768 and connected the LCD - it worked just fine. LCD max is 1333x768 I then booted Centos 4.1 and set X to be 1024x768 also. rebooted the laptop just ot make sure. Turning off keep-alive fixes the problem.
