Everything is working as expected. This box is being used as a H323

well overall.
There is one thing that is bothering me.
Asterisk says:

May 22 05:03:39 WARNING[9360]: PRI: !! Unable to add IE 'Channel Identification'

What RH-like on a Dell XPS 15 (9590)?
I have a Dell XPS 13 (9360) with Fedora 26 installed. Very happy with it.
UEFI boot from flash drive works out of the box.
For install I needed to change the drive settings in the BIOS from the
default of RAID (what ever that means on a laptop) to AHCI. No need to
turn off secure boot.
If you want to use a DisplayLink USB...

Centos on Dell XPS15
I have a Dell XPS 13 9360, though I am running ubuntu 18.04 on it.? I
remember there being a patch to the mainline kernel which addressed many
of the wireless problems. I'm not sure if those changes ever made it
into the CentOS kernels.
Some of the Dell XPS 13's had removable ethernet interfaces while most

RODBC and Very long field lengths
I'm having a small problem using RODBC. I'm trying to retrieve a string
from a very long memo field (512*20*9=9360 characters = 74880 bytes) in

It appears that RODBC set a maximum buffer size for a single column of

Re-enable grub boot in UEFI (Windows took over it)
Hello there,
Dell XPS-15-9560 laptop (SSD drive, UEFI, secure boot off).. Windows 10
pre-installed, CentOS7 installed in a separate partition and running
for months w/o issue. Don't know what happened but at reboot yesterday
(not even booted in Windows, just rebooted), grub has disappeared,
booted in Windows by default, which apparently has taken over the UEFI
boot.
By booting from a USB

...s very well for general testing/development, email server, web

test systems with various graphic GUI's.? I would not say that my virt
servers are very heavily loaded.? I have a Dell R210 running CentOS6
KVM/Qemu and a Dell XPS 9360 running Ubuntu 18.04 with kvm/qemu.
If you prefer fancy mangement GUI's over writing scripts and editing
config files, vmware might be better for you. kvm/qemu does include
virt-manager which is a fairly simply GUI to create and manage VM's,
but
the user interface is not as comprehensive a...

I have an xps 13 9360 and had problems with the killer wireless. I got
virtually 0 support from Dell on this issue.? Some people who upgraded
their warranty to Dell Pro Support were able to get dell to send them a
new ethernet card, but some upgraded their support and still got no help.
I am running Ubuntu 18.04 on...

Maybe its an earlier model (9360 or 9365). For the 9370 Dell stated and different
user reports confirm it, that the XPS 13 (9370) has the WIFI module soldered on board.
Some users on dell discussion portal reported also issues with the build camera.
For now, I will stay away from the 9370 model ...
