Another icecast2 question

that I expect to take up the full cpu hasnt even been getting a chance
(though it is niced to 20)

It should take little to no cpu (I haven't yet tested it with enough users
to take it above... 0.1% cpu?), so there's a serious problem here.

It is **NOT** the same as a unix sparse file !
The contents are divided up into chunks, with each chunk stored in a file of it's own. I suspect this may also have an impact...
