slackware 10.2 compilation
...--------------------------------
tcng is compiled fine, but what can i do with tcsim?
Moreover i would like to suggest me some good documentation about
tc/tcng(traffic control generally?) except for what tldp has already.
And finally,my first step it to limit my adsl upload bandwidth from 128Kbps
to 90kbps for example.Is it a one-line command?
Thank you in advance :-)

newbie needs advice
Hello Everyone,
I am looking into using Asterisk as our company PBX and voicemail system. I
am very familiar with Linux, but the VOIP stuff is new for me.
We are a non-proffit organization, so keeping things as cheap as possible is
very important. I am looking on some advice for best implementing Asterisk.
Here is a rundown of our current system:
We have 14 phone lines coming into the building.

Jan,
I'm forwarding this message to the rest of the developers. Hopefully
one of them will have a good answer to your question.

Does someone want to take this one?
Just make sure you copy him on the answer, as he's not on the list.

bonding & vlan - kernel 2.4.18 (RHL7.3)
Hi,
Hopefully this won''t be too off-topic (I''ve seen both bonding & vlan
mentioned on the list, but not really together).
I''ve tried to get bonding (2 x 100Mb EEPro, but will want to try on
1000BaseT) and vlans to work together, but without luck. I can get them
working fine (seemingly at least - I didn''t tried bursting on the
bonded port) individually.

How to use a data T-1?
Depends what you want to do!
Do you want to do VoIP over that T1 to a provider or IP telephones?
Do you want to hook up to the PSTN through that T1 as 24 voice channels,
through a T1 card on your asterisk?
If you want to use the T1 as 24 voice channels, the Telco is going to
have to re-provision the T1 as a voice T1, because currently, presumably
it is one big channel of data. You could have
