Digium mailing list server maintenance - Thursday, June 14, 5PM to 8PM CDT
The Digium mailing list server (lists.digium.com) is being replaced with
a new system that will provide better performance and more reliability.
Our IT staff will begin the first step (and hopefully complete the task)
of this migration during the evening tomorrow, June 14th, from 5PM to
8PM Central Time in the USA. During this time the list server will not
accept incoming messages and will not distribute messages. Any messages
sent to the lists should be queued by the sending mail servers and will
be accepted one the new list server is brought into service.

Need Advice/Suggestion
Hi all,
As we know we can configure in astersik like before 5:00pm calls go to reception and after 5:00
pm calls go to some mobile no. One of my client requested that he wants to manually shift the dial
plan like above as he has flexiable timing sometime he finishes at 3:00pm some time 8pm. I can
not give him freepbx access.
Any idea or solution.

is it a bug or a feature? re:time zone differences, laptops, and suggestion for a new option
...P laptop to a Linux
server. The two machines are in different time zones (8 hour
separation). It seems that rsync wants to do a full checksum on every
file
because it thinks their time stamps are different.
Example:
GMT is 9am, Local time (Netherlands) 10am, remote time
(Australia) 8pm
In this case, the file was created and copied to both machines with the
same timestamp (e.g. 8pm) when both machines were in the same timezone
(Australia). Then I changed countries with my laptop, and ran
rsync. After rsync, the remote (Linux) file has a new timestamp which 8
hours earlier (...

Notice of Service Outage and followup LON1/UK Facility

== What happened ==
On Wednesday February 24th, at 6pm UTC time, the DC hosting some of
the CentOS equipments used for various roles had suffered from
multiple electricity power outages. The facility was completely dark
for just under 2 hrs, and we were able to start recovering services by
8pm UTC. By midnight we had most services restored, by 2:00AM UTC Feb
25th we had all services restored.
That meant that the machines in those racks were running on batteries
(ups in the racks) but finally went down in an uncontrolled way due to
lack ot communication with that UPS.
