I have not installed the madwifi specific kernel stuff (kdml and hal-kdml) from atrpms. I have installed with wpa rpms. And my Atheros card is working with almost no work on my part (other than runing wpa_supplicant as a deamon). Nice!

I'm trying to use SWAT on my Compaq Tru64 UNIX v5.1 machine running Samba 2.0.7. I'm prompted for a username/password. I read in the docs to enter root with root's passwd. This does not work. I have a USB disk and when I turned it on in the past, it's icon would appear on my GUI Desktop. Now it is no longer visible. Hello list, any try the new memtest86 v3.2 with isolinux 3.11 cd and pxeboot? How is the proper way to chainload memtest86 I was tried: label memtest kernel memtest.bin but, nothing happens just a weird hang (my older versions of memtest hangs too). Anyway chainloading in a floppy image with memdisk on CD or pxeboot was fine but if I use memory to emulate a floppy I was not using this memory

When I try to burn anything to cd, I get a message to insert a CD large enough for my file (normally an ISO image). Doesn't matter if the iso image is a 600Mb Centos ISO or a 48Mb DSL ISO. Same warning. My CD-Rs are Memorex 700MB/80min 52x disks that work just fine on XP systems. So what am I missing configuration-wise?
