Help With Post-hoc Testing
I am trying to do post-hoc tests associated with a repeated measures analysis with on factor nested within respondents. The factor (SOI) has 17 levels. The overall testing is working fine, but I can''t seem to get the multiple comparisons to work. The first step is to "stack" the data. Then I used "lme" to specify and test the overall model. Finally

Syslinux 4.00-pre59 -- last call for 4.00
Hello everyone, I have just released Syslinux 4.00-pre59. This is intended as last call for 4.00: from this point on I will only fix showstopper bugs. Anything that didn't make this release will have to wait for 4.01 or 4.10. Please help test it and report bugs, so we can avoid said showstopper bugs in the actual release. Target date for final release is Monday, June 28. -hpa

Syslinux 3.86 released; Syslinux 4.00 now in beta test
Syslinux 3.86 is out; it is a bug fix release. Syslinux 4.00, starting with Syslinux 4.00-pre38, is now officially in beta test. Special thanks to Intel Corporation, my current employer, for their support for my Syslinux work. Changes in 3.86: * chain.c32: fix chainloading the MBR of a hard disk (broken in 3.85). * mboot.c32: report the boot loader name in the information structure. *

LVM Checksum error when using persistent grants (#linux-next + stable/for-jens-3.8)
Hey Roger, I am seeing this weird behavior when using #linux-next + stable/for-jens-3.8 tree. Basically I can do ''pvscan'' on xvd* disk and quite often I get checksum errors: # pvscan /dev/xvdf PV /dev/xvdf2 VG VolGroup00 lvm2 [18.88 GiB / 0 free] PV /dev/dm-14 VG vg_x86_64-pvhvm lvm2 [4.00 GiB / 68.00 MiB free] PV /dev/dm-12 VG vg_i386-pvhvm lvm2

argv[0] doesn't contain module name and cat.c32 hangs with Syslinux 4.00-pre36
The program name of the module can't be retrieved with argv[0]. I tested it by running cat.c32 (com32/samples/cat.c32). In Syslinux 3.85, argv[0] returns an empty string. In Syslinux 4.00-pre36, argv[0] returns some garbage characters. ISOLINUX 3.85 2010-02-20 ETCD Copyright (C) 1994-2010 H. After 64 prereleases, 626 commits, 52,742 lines of changes, and tons of work by many, many people, Syslinux 4.00 is now officially released. Syslinux 4.00 is the first of a set of major code restructuring releases. The single biggest new features are btrfs and ext4 support, and support for disks larger than 2 TiB. SYSLINUX 4.00-pre1
Hi everyone, I have pushed out a development preview release of Liu's filesystems in C code (including ext4 support for EXTLINUX). It is called 4.00-pre1, which doesn't mean it is the final 4.00 by any means (it isn't even current with respect to some aspects of the 3.8x branch.) However, it is now available for people to try out. It is checked into the fsc branch

repeating matrices in a list
Suppose I have the following square, non-negative matrices > g=matrix(c(0,2,4,0.25,0,0,0,0.6,0),3,3,byrow=T); I want to create a list where this matrix is repeated multiple times. if I do this brute force (manually), using > env <- list(g,g,g) works fine. Yields [[1]] [,1] [,2] [,3] [1,] 0.00 2.0 4 [2,] 0.25 0.0 0 [3,] 0.00 0.6 0 [[2]] [,1] [,2] [,3] [1,]

df with max function applied to 6 lags of a variable?!?
Hello everyone! I have a data frame of 136 variables with 270 observations. I would like to create a new data frame such that each element of that data frame contains the maximum value of the 6 prior lags of the initial data frame. So for example, if my original data frame, A, were A1=c(7.72, 7.94, 7.56, 7.54, 0.93, 0.59, 7.21, 8.00, 7.19, 7.57)A2=c(4.27, 3.70, 3.80, 3.67, 3.83, 3.95, 4.02, 2.06,

PXELINUX 3.86 Boots Over HTTP, 4.00 Does Not?
I am using gPXE 1.0.0 to boot PXELINUX 3.86 over HTTP without problems, but when I switch pxelinux.0 3.86 with 4.00-pre47, I get ?Unable to locate configuration file?. Is HTTP booting not working with 4.00, or is some special compile/settings needed?

PXELINUX 3.86 Boots Over HTTP, 4.00 Does Not

MBA the h value?
Hello everybody, I am trying different ways of interpolating a surface. Now, I am trying to interpolate these values using the MBA package. In order to do it I am using the surface option of the package. mba.surf(xyz, 20, 20, n = 1, m = 1, h = 8, extend=FALSE, sp=FALSE, ...) The function is giving me some results but not reliable at all. Maybe it's due to the n,m and h values which are
