2BCT last mile... Hopefully
Ok, so I've made progress on 2BCT (2 B-Channel Transfer). I'm assuming that the debug info below shows that XO doesn't have 2BCT enabled on my line, but if anybody can confirm that'll let me be way more indignant. compatibility of PRI Two B channel transfers TBTC/2BTC
Hello, A client has asked for Two B channel Transfer capability (known as TBCT or 2BCT, similar to other features such as ECT, RTL and Q,SIG Path Replacement) in a new Asterisk system and so I researched the capability and came up with quite a few gaps in documentation.

Two B-Channel Transfer (2BCT/TBCT) Trobule on DMS100 PRI
I have not been able to get two B-channel transfer to work on DMS100 PRI. I consistently get the following errors: [Nov 6 11:12:49] ERROR[2774]: chan_zap.c:8178 zt_pri_error: ROSE RETURN ERROR: [Nov 6 11:12:49] ERROR[2774]: chan_zap.c:8178 zt_pri_error: OPERATION: RLT_OPERATION_IND [Nov 6 11:12:49] ERROR[2774]: chan_zap.c:8178 zt_pri_error: ERROR: RLT Not Allowed I have tried on two

Request for PRI Dump
Hello, To assist Matt's efforts in bug 3554 (2BCT & CNAM), I'm hoping someone can provide a dump of the setup and related messages from a PBX that supports outgoing Station Name to the CO. As suggested in the bug, I tried to ask my telco for a dump of the setup messages for a client that supports this but was told to contact my vendor...

Rockwell ACD - "Take back and transfer"
...supports a feature that they call "Take back and Transfer". This feature allows an IVR (asterisk in this case) to handle a call and then blind-transfer it back through the ACD to another extension- freeing up the asterisk channel. It's seems similar to the 2B Channel Transfer (2BCT) that is discussed from time-to-time on here, and in the Dev forum. I read that one of the libpri developers has recently added Q-Sig Path Replacement, which is described as a Q-Sig version of 2BCT. Anyone have an idea whether this will work with the Rockwell ACD? Thanks in advance, Scott St...

PRI incoming call forward / call redirect
...${EXTEN}) exten => 5551234,n,Dial(Zap/g1/5556789) This is a brute-force approach but there are two problems: 1) it's not a true call forward 2) RDNIS does not appear to be getting set (i.e. the remote box with 5556789 as a DID does not seem to see RDNIS I'm not overly concerned about 2BCT capability at this time (it *is* talking to a 5ESS although I'm not sure if Asterisk will attempt 2BCT with national-2 switchtype) but it is important to be able to retrieve RDNIS, as the hope is to redirect a number of DIDs to one external number, and have the external number "see&quo...

PRI TBCT - Practical Experience, Anybody?
...to this but I think it is. I have a PRI with Bell Canada and when I dial in and have the call transfered to a context to dial out and then have those two channels bridged, the call disconnects with cause 16 just exactly as Jay R. Ashworth shows in his CLI output. Bell Canada support RLT or know as 2BCT or TBCT to some but we have not requested that feature. However, we don't care to keep two channels tied up. Is this not possible through PRI? [zap_bridge] exten => s,1,answer exten => s,n,Dial(ZAP/g0/4167778888) If incoming leg of call is through PRI and outgoing leg is through SIP or...

2B Channel Transfer on XO-based T1
I'm trying to get "blind transfer" from an incoming DAHDI line to an external number to work on an * 1.6 install using a T1 from XO. The documentation is very "distributed" and incomplete, so while it's not working, it's definitely more likely my error somehow. Couple questions if anybody is out there who even knows what TBCT is. 1) Is this even

PRI Partial Re-Rounting
Hello List We are trying to redirect calls directly, instead of opening a new channel and dialing out. Etc: A calls B on our asterisk, and is directly redirected to C We have been told that this feature should be available on a PRI level, and is called Partial re-routing. Anybody has an idea of whether this is supported in Asterisk? Kind Regards Jon Sch?pzinsky Detele. No virus found in

...8005551212,30) > exten => _X.,n,Hangup() You really should ask this on the asterisk-users mailing list. You have not specified the Asterisk version you are using. For Asterisk v1.8, the euroisdn(ETSI) switchtype can transfer the call back to the switch with ECT.? Other switches use the term 2BCT.? For ETSI and QSIG switchtypes, you could also deflect the call before you answer the call with the DAHDISendCallreroutingFacility application. exten => _X.,1,Proceeding() same => n, Do your database lookup to decide what to do with the call. same => n,DAHDISendCallreroutingFacility(<...
