frailty models in survreg() -- survival package (PR#2933)
I am confused on how the log-likelihood is calculated in a parametric
survival problem with frailty. I see a contradiction in the frailty() help
file vs. the source code of frailty.gamma(), frailty.gaussian() and
frailty.t().
The function frailty.gaussian() appears to calculate the penalty as the
negative log-density of independent Gaussian variables, as one would
expect:

BUG at fs/buffer.c:2933 during umount
Hi,
I could not find this anywhere else reported, so here we go:
creating a new btrfs filesystem (btrfs-progs-unstable from git) and
mounting it succeeds, unmounting however fails with the kernel messages
attached to this mail. After that, I can still read and write to the
btrfs mount, but e.g. /bin/sync never finishes, sysrq-s never reports
"Sync complete".
I''m using a

Sum two Vectors of different length

example of my problem
In TotalVector + (datalist2[[1]]$dataset$Results[[j]]$Results[[time]]$Sweep) :

patch and a few questions
I have a patch for merb_sequel to get migrations to work a bit better
for PostgresQL. Could someone look at it and tell me how badly I
screwed it up?
In this patch I tried to handle encoding and logging as well. I''ve
tried sqlite and postgres but I don''t get any logging (still! after
the patch). How do I get SQL logging to go to a file or the console?
Actually, I''ll

I wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction.
Thanks.
