The system doesn't shutdown
Yes, that was the power off test. However the upssched-cmd script gave absolutely no signs of activity. Even it's logger lines don't show up in journalctl. No any permission error messages - nothing. Only the 2 messages from upsmon - on battery and then on line power. Here is the nut-report: http://www.filehosting.org/file/details/518300/NUT.report --- George Anchev On Tue, Oct 27,

C function and Windows XP
Hi dear R developer, we are trying to build DLL files using Microsoft Visua= l C++. As stated in readme.packages we have to build first the import libra= ry Rdll.lib with the command: lib(def:R.exp/out:Rdll.lib. However, this com= mand gives 2155 errors due to unresolved external symbols (ATTRIB to zlibVe= rsion) in R.exp.Could anybody tell me if something is missing in the comman= d line or suggest any new operation with MVC++ knowing that in R manuals we= could build DLL without using a shared library using the Rcmd SHLIB.Thx a = lot Ra...

[LLVMdev] RFC: GLIBCXX_DEBUG ScheduleDAG Patch
...want to send a ping on this. This patch is still waiting to go in. Is > the compile time hit too much? Note that sometimes compile time > improves with this patch. > > I'd like to get this in ASAP so I can start merging other things back to > upstream. > Please see bug #2155, I am seeing an additional testsuite failure with ScheduleDAG patch. I am not saying there is any problem with ScheduleDAG patch itself, it may be just exposing a previously hidden bug. [I tried to add you to the Cc: of the bugreport, but bugzilla didn't find your email address] Best regards,...

Synchonisation between NIS and encrypted SMBPASSWD
Hello, does somebody have a tool to convert a /etc/passwd to a smbpasswd with getting a valid Lan Manager and NT hash. or does anybody have a trick, how I can synchronise the /etc/passwd with the smbpasswd without changing a unix passwd twice (passwd, smbpasswd). Thanks, Martin *********************************************************************** ** Martin Schuster ** Nortel DASA Network

Problems seeking with liboggz
Hi, I intend to use Ogg+Speex for voice recording/playback in a VoIP app. I am experimenting with liboggz to get acquainted with its API. As test files I am using some Ogg-Speex files converted from WAV files with speexenc.exe. I wrote a little testing app in Visual Studio 2010 under Windows 7. I defined OggzReadPage and OggzReadPacket callbacks with oggz_set_read_page()
