spec for model_id should eql
Hello, I''m confused why the spec described below is failing. Other simple comparison specs are passing fine for the same model. The code is working accordingly when I test it through the console, I''m just having difficulty getting this spec to work. Any pointers would be appreciated. Failure message: ''Address fetch and geocode should extract department and write to

Need to convert mbox to Maildir
I have a mbox file of emails. I want to convert this to Maildir giving me individual message files per email. I've looked at dsync, but as far as I can tell this wants a specific target user and it appears that it will "distribute" the converted messages into that user's INBOX. I don't want to put these mbox messages into any particular user's Maildir hierarchy, just

aggregate function not working?
The aggregate function for some reason will now work for me. The error I'm getting is: "Error in sort.list(y) : 'x' must be atomic for 'sort.list' Have you called 'sort' on a list?" agPriceList=aggregate(PriceList$Size, list(PriceList$bandNum),sum) *Price list dataframe:* dput(PriceList) structure(list(Price = c(0, 8.18, 8.27, 10.42, 10.5, 10.6, 11.13,

contour plot, failing to interpolate through all data
I'm having trouble making contour lines for this attached, sparse dataset (low data:NA ratio!). Is it the high number of NA's, or funny layout of the densities, or something else that's causing this? This is a subsample of the dataset, and I get the same problem when using the full data. The only reason I get any contours is because I'm forcing specific levels. If no levels are

Execution speed in randomForest
I am using the randomForest package. I have found that multiple runs of precisely the same command can generate drastically different run times. Can anyone with knowledge of this package provide some insight as to why this would happen and whether there's anything I can do about it? Here are some details of what I'm doing: - Data: ~80,000 rows, with 10 columns (one of which is the

Problem with fitdistr for gamma in R 2.2.0
Dear R developers, I have encountered strange behaviour of fitdistr for gamma in recent R build i.e. 2.2.0. I have attached the code for data at the end of this mail so you can reproduce the problem. In short, I am able to run fitdistr under 2.1.0 without problems, while I get the following error under 2.2.0 (Version 2.2.0 Patched (2005-11-15 r36348)) > fitdistr(otm, "gamma") Error

Lock file issues
First off, just want to say Dovecot is great! We have been using it for several months now in a fairly large installation with only a few problems. We are running 1.0.rc28 on three servers with 3 Horde/IMP boxes talking to Dovecot. The user's home dirs are located on an NFS server and the indexes are stored in their Maildirs. I have mmap_disable=yes and lock_method=dotlock in dovecot.conf.

Does Director only work with dovecot proxy?
I was reading "conf.d/10-director.conf" and it mentions Dovecot proxy. I've been using perdition in the past for my pop/imap proxying needs and wasn't sure if Director could also use perdition or if it only works with Dovecots proxying. Thanks!

Dovecot's maildir format / is rm safe
Is it considered 'safe' to delete directly from a dovecot Maildir? I mean things of the form: rm Maildir/cur/1288062016.M581217P9422.alpha,S=1873,W=1900:2,S The wiki tells me 'If you wish to modify them in any way, create a new message instead and expunge the old one. ' but it doesn't mention deleted files. Specifically I'm wondering what happens with:

issues with 2.1b1 on OS X
Two issues came up for me when building 2.1beta1 on OS X (10.5.8 on PPC). The first was already mentioned in an earlier thread by a BSD user (http://dovecot.org/list/dovecot/2011-September/061201.html). I just wanted to point out that the error is still occurring in spite of a new test for GNU ld in the configure script. I needed to remove "-no-undefined" specifically:

Dovecot performance under high load (vs. Courier)
Hi, We are building a new system that will support a large number of users (high volume, high concurrent usage, etc).? We have played with Dovecot, but in most serious applications we have traditionally used Courier IMAP.? It's my (lay) understanding that with indexing and perhaps other things in Dovecot, it might perform better than Courier in larger environments like this.? Am I correct or

I am having trouble generating a graph. I want to know the % of respondents who answered that they "strongly agree" or "agree" the "America owes R's ethnic group a better chance" (BTTRCHNC) and I want to organize it by racial group (RACESHRT). "BTTRCHNC" is organized ordinally from 1 through 5 with 1=Strongly Agree, 5=Strongly Disagree
