Online banking with Ruby on Rails?
I am wondering if it would be possible (and safe) to develop online
banking or other security-related applications with Ruby on Rails,
instead of using J2EE frameworks or .NET?
Are there any particular implications needed to write e-banking apps
with Rails? Security problems?
So... is anyone developing these types of applications with RoR?
Any advantage or disadvantage? Personal experiences are

The custom trackpoint button handling for the Lenovo *50 series has been
removed. The kernel handles those correctly now and since you need kernel
patches for those devices to work properly anyway there is no need for us to
keep a half-way solution around.
If a finger moves by more than 20mm within one scanout frame, we discard the
motion. This should alleviate cursor jumps that are seen when the kernel
driver loses track of the correct slot position. The fixes should still go
into the kernel, but this makes things more bearable in the meantime.

Use case question
Hi Guys,
Can anyone provide more details about where the lag would occur if I did
try to pursue a push to talk scenario with Icecast. I'm not sure exactly
how it works now so I'll outline the two potential discussion flows I have
in mind.
Perhaps someone could elaborate on between which steps the 5-10 seconds of
lag would come into play.
Mumble does look like it might be a better fit
