How to add new audit class?
Hello, Freebsd-security.
I want to create mixed audit class for ``security-sensible'' events.
For example, I need to audit:
exec*() syscalls from standard `pc' class, but not wait4() or
fork(), because fork() is not interesting (new process image is
security-sensible, not new process itself) and occurred too often
and create noise.

[LLVMdev] dump a module from inside GDB to a file
Hi All,
I changed the CFG of a big function using a pass that runs on a function, I
am having trouble debugging it. Is there someway to dump a module to a file
from inside gdb? I have access to the Module pointer. Let me know if
anything else is needed.

libv4l question
Hi all,
Hey I'm trying to do some web cam stuff, and I found this link:
http://freshmeat.net/projects/libv4l/releases/333037
I was doing the "rpm -qa | grep v4l" and nothing comes up,
I did "ls path_to_centos/RPMS/* | grep v4l " and nothing comes up,
I did 'yum provides "*/libv4l*"' and nothing comes up.
Is the CentOS library for v4l named something

both clang and gcc-4.1 are supposed to conform to the platform ABI (if they
don't then that is a bug), and thus be ABI compatible.
Ciao, Duncan.

Mail Question
Hello everyone,
Im having a issue that I just cant seem to figure out. We currently are
running an email server Centos 5.6 Postfix/Dovecot with a squirrelmail
frontend. I was setting up a testbed to do a migration to SoGo using
LDAP/MYSQL/POSTFIX/Dovecot. I have everything up and functional but one
thing is giving me an issue. The testbed box will not handle a users
mailbox over 2gb. We are using

hide sieve folder from imap clients
Hello,
What is the best way to hide sieve folders from IMAP clients?
old config
mail_home = /var/vmail/%d/%n
plugin {
sieve_dir = /var/vmail/%d/%n/.sieve/
sieve = /var/vmail/%d/%n/.dovecot.sieve
}
new config (hide sieve folder)

maildir_stat_dirs = yes
plugin {

sieve = /var/vmail/%d/%n/.dovecot.sieve
}
Is there a better way

[LLVMdev] Can LLVM jitter emit the native code in continuous memory addresses ?
It is possible to subclass JITMemoryManager and pass in a custom memory
manager, but I don't believe you'll be able to convince the JIT to emit PIC
code without hacking on LLVM a bit.

Xapian 1.2.6 released
I've uploaded Xapian 1.2.6 (including Search::Xapian 1.2.6.0).
As usual you can download from:

You can read an overview of the release here:

The full lists of user-visible changes are linked to from there, and also
from the "[news]" links on the download page.

[LLVMdev] Can LLVM jitter emit the native code in continuous memory addresses ?
**
I have question relating to LLVM Jitter: Can i obligue the LLVM Jitter to
emit the native code in continuous memory addresses ? and to be PIC ? what i
want to do is to move the JIT code to another process in order to execute
it, my approach is to save the JIT code in buffer i will save it to file and
pass it to the execution process.
what i mean by "load" is to simply read the bits
