[LLVMdev] patch for CIndex linakge error on Mingw, set the proper LINKER_LANGUAGE for CIndex and c-index-test
...ply at the same time.
It's not a good idea to direct set the LINKER_LANGUAGE
at CMakeLists.txt files.

[LLVMdev] What opt pass attempts implements this optimization?
I have a very simple kernel that is generating very very bad code.
The basic kernel pseudo-code is as follows:
forloop(1 to n) {
forloop(0 to j) {
A
}
B
}
C
It is generating very ugly and inefficient code for a vector system
similar to the following pseudo-code:
if (n > 1) {
if (j) {
forloop(1 to n) {
forloop(0 to j) {

Powerware USB issue solved (bcmxcp_usb)
Hi Greg, Thomas and the list,
I've not forgotten you nor your issue.
It just took some time to gather a "faulty" unit and a bit of time to
reproduce your issue.
The good news is that I've commited a fix to the NUT development branch (aka
Subversion), in the release r2015.
The bad news is that your test and feedback is welcome ;-)

[LLVMdev] TableGen question - how to split a 64bit operation to two 32bit
Hi Artur,
The Thumb2 target (in lib/Targets/ARM/ARMInstrThumb2.td) materializes
a 32-bit constant by a two-instruction sequence to load the low and
high half-words. It's not pretty, but it works. The pattern is at the
bottom of the file.

I've committed my suggested fix. There's no point in setting the
LINKER_LANGUAGE property of every LLVM library, because CMake figures
out the right language based on the file extensions of the source files.

problem installing centos 5.3 on IBM x3200 m2
Hi,
I am trying to install centos 5.3 on ibm x3200 m2 server. The problem
appears when the installer is about to finish the installation. It detects
the RAID correctly, but it doesn't finish formatting the root partition. I
tried the default partition layout and also a custom one, but it always ends
with the same message:
An error occurred trying to format /. this problem is serious and the

Transfers from Queue Calls
Hello,
I thought to post this here before my manager starts his own coding
project to give us a workaround. My situation I'm running into is as
follows:
1. A call comes into our Asterisk system, it's trunked from one office
to another via IAX.
2. Call enters a queue and is picked up by one of the agents.
3. That agent has to transfer the call, could be for a number of
reasons the client

[LLVMdev] TableGen question - how to split a 64bit operation to two 32bit
Hi all,I'm working on my own backend for a custom CPU. I have defined paired
registers for 64bit operations, however to set a 64bit paired register with
64bit immediate I have to set each register in that pair separately with the
higher and the lower 32bits of the immediate.
Could anyone give me an advice how to describe it in *InstructionInfo.td or
point me to something similar in the LLVM
