There is an error message saying the imap server send a BYE command ... I downgraded our Dovecot server to 1.1.7 then it works again ... Personal dovecot
Do you think it wold be worthwhile to add command line options to "deliver" and "imap" to make them ignore "system wide" configuration file and use ~/.dovecotrc instead? I would like to use "imap via fetchmail ssh plugin" and "deliver via ~/.forward (to get sieve support)". Such options would allow "cleaner" configuration. --

ldap performance?
We're looking at replacing our mysql auth and userdb, with a set of Red Hat Directory servers, and I see dovecot supports either authentication binds, or "password lookups": http://wiki.dovecot.org/AuthDatabase/LDAP I'm curious if anybody can give any insight as to what kind of performance to expect from authentication binds ? How many POP3s/second should we expect from it

ImapTest Wiki
On this page http://imapwiki.org/ImapTest/Running It gives command line parameters to define. One of them is "password=pass" but this resulted in an "Unknown arg" response for me on a fresh install. I then looked at some examples and they give the argument as "pass=pass" which works for me. Was the argument name changed recently or something?

Any free video (or audio) softphone VOIP client under Linux with touchscreen friendly interface ?
Hi, I'm curious if anyone knows of any possibility to use video VOIP client (like Ekiga or Linphone or...) under Linux that could be operated by touchscreen friendly GUI (bigger buttons, large keypad, etc...) ? I like Ekiga, but GUI is small and cannot be operated via touchscreen... But maybe there are some skins for existing clients that are more touchscreen friendly ? Thanks in

Problems with ePSXe 1.7
I tried to run ePSXe 1.7 with wine, everything worked fine but after about a minute the entire computer would freeze. I have a ThinkPad T400 with integrated graphics (Graphics = Intel GMA X4500) with Fedora 11 64bits installed. Everything works fine, I have been on linux for more than a year and it's the first time I see a kernel failure.
