Package: xen-utils-common Version: 3.0+hg11292-2 Tags: patch User: initscripts-ng-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org Usertags: incorrect-dependency When testing dependency based boot sequencing, I discovered a bug in the init.d script for xen-utils-common. It is set to stop in the boot "runlevel" (S), but no script should stop there. Also, xend only depend on $local_fs, but

WinXP/x64 - MFC CFile objects leak parent directory handles
Samba 3.0.28-0.1.95-1624-SUSE-SL10.3 A strange problem (best read in a proportional font). It only happens on an x64 XP client when accessing a Samba share. The exact same program runs fine on the same x64 XP client when the share accessed is on a Windows server or when it is run on a 32-bit XP client, regardless of whether the share belongs to a Samba server or to a Windows server. I have

Deliver question
Hi, I searched whole 2007-2008 mailing lists for answer but couldn\'t find. I think it\'s easier and quicker to ask here. Suppose I have a message saved in file /tmp/afile. How can I tell deliver to deliver it to user\'s abc at domain.com mail box SPAM? I tried two following ways but no success: 1. more /tmp/afile | deliver -d abc at domain.com -m SPAM 2. deliver -d abc at

auth_debug_passwords only on mismatches?
>From the configuration notes (1.0.10), it sounds like setting 'auth_debug_passwords' will only log the user supplied password if there was a mismatch.. When I set it (with auth_debug=no), I get a good amount of auth debug info, regardless of password matching.. ------ dovecot.conf: # In case of password mismatches, log the passwords and used scheme so the # problem can be debugged.

Logging Options
Dear Listmembers, I tried to figure out how to get statistics not only about the amount of mails which where sent from / to my mailusers, but also about the size in byte (e.g. to compare with other traffic stats) for each of my users. postfix shows me the size of sent mails per user, but afaik I cannot get the size of rcvd mails per user with it. I use the dovecot LDA with postfix and in this

dovecot overquota and delete message
Hi all, i use dovecot-1.1_rc1 with postfix and maildrop as deliver. The problem is where user gets overquota, at this point he is unable to delete message in pop3 as imap. dovecot.conf has: plugin { quota = maildir } protocol imap { mail_plugins = quota imap_quota } protocol pop3 { mail_plugins = quota } I change it to plugin { quota = maildir:ignore=Trash } and

Upgrading from 0.99.10.5 to 1.1
Hi, I am upgrading a setup from Dovecot 0.99 to 1.1. There are a bunch of .imap.index* files that it appears that I can just delete, and they will be recreated as dovecot.index* files. Right? Next, there are some .customflags that I have now learned are not being converted to dovecot-keywords (as we skipped the 1.0 version, and the conversion code appears to be removed in 1.1). Is there some way

Re: cifs verses smbfs for Linux clients -time stamp issue
After mounting a windows share via cifs I have came across the same issue as described here: http://lists.samba.org/archive/samba/2006-April/119813.html "While using vim on files mounted under CIFS, when trying to write an existing file you will randomly be warned "The file has been changed since reading it!!!".
