I am using CentOS 5.0 on my desktop workstation. Are there any deeply compelling reasons to upgrade to version 5.1? I read through the release notes but didn't see any whiz-bang new features. Perhaps some of you can share your personal experience letting us know if you have noticed any differences, etc.

Is ActionController''s redirect_to method broken by Facebooker? When I try to invoke it and execute through apps.facebook.com, I get a blank page returned, response code 200, no redirect. When I try to connect directly to the server (not through apps.fb), I get the infinite recursion error described minutes ago. We are setting up a Dovecot over a pair of NFS which mirrored with DRBD +Heartbeat, under Debian Etch AMD64 with Kernel 2.6.22-5. The problem was slow header downloading rate. We had tried to use postal to inject 500 emails which are under 5KB each, but when ever we start up Mail.app, Thunderbird or even OE6, the header download rate is terrible slow. Hi, I'm testing a dovecot installation using thunderbird as imap client. The first user I configured has regolar folders: Drafts, Sent and Trash, and thunderbirs shows each one with its icon. The second user shows these folders with a standard icon, and I'm not able to save email in sent. I cann't understand why there is this difference, and how dovecot manage these folder. Can anyone

Is it possible to prevent cron from executing something in a world-readable directory, or a directory branching off a world-readable directory? Thanks. Scott
