Transaction log file issue on dovecot-stable
Situation:
dovecot-stable-20050528 on x86, Linux 2.4.30, ext3, maildir
I'm trying to use the imapsync utility (http://www.linux-france.org/prj/imapsync/) to copy 1500 messages from a UW-imap

After about 100 messages are successfully appended, I'm seeing this in the server log, following which all APPEND...

another thunderbird I can see it is marked there aswell I wonder: Is
this read from the filename or some registry?
2 .Can I understand from a filename if a message is read?
3. Sometimes when I try to

[LLVMdev] Bug in Makefile
Hi,
I just updated from source and got this at the top of the master
Makefile:
LEVEL = .
DIRS = lib/System lib/Support utils lib
ifeq ($(MAKECMDGOALS),tools-only)
DIRS += tools
else
ifneq ($(MAKECMDGOALS),libs-only)
DIRS += runtime docs
OPTIONAL_DIRS = examples projects
endif

This causes my build to be incorrect. In the general case, it doesn't
build the tools, and

imaps tls/ssl and stupid clients
We have been using dovecot now as replacement for qpopper for over 2 weeks and
it's working nicely. I have now tried to enable ssl/tls for myself and other
inhouse users which also works fine. But the problem is that I use an
uncertified certificate. Which is not a problem for kmail, as it just pops up
a box asking whether I want to accept the certificate or not. But apparently,

[LLVMdev] a question about LLCO
Hi Terry,
Reid is exactly right about the benefits of static (link-time)
optimization for whole programs. When all libraries are available, it
could alllow significantly better optimization without run-time
overhead.
But it is increasingly common today for libraries to be dynamically
linked. In these cases, you could get the benefits of LLVM
optimization in two ways, *if* you compile the
