Multiple Range Means Test
Hello, My boss wants me to do a Duncan's test, which is under the agricolae package. Unfortunately I am not versed enough in R to run my data. I have 7 subspecies of deer mouse for which I have 23 measurements which are my variables of interest. I have run an ANOVA for each of the set of subspecies and variables, my data look like this: subspecies WMF 1 rowleyi 2.50 2 rowleyi 2.30

Old packages to updated R
I am 100% positive there is a better fix for this problem and it has been discussed. Thank you in advance for bringing it to my attention. When upgrading to newer versions of R the old packages are not brought along in the process. I solved that problem by creating a list of the packages in the old version of R, importing them to the new version via a CSV, and re-installing into the newer R

Hello all, I am a beginner of LLVM and want to add a new Target for LLVM. I follow the document (http://llvm.org/docs/WritingAnLLVMBackend.html) to modify autotools/configure.ac. However when I type ./AutoRegen.sh There is an error that "Your autoconf was not detected as being 2.60" I download the source of autoconf 2.60 and install it. And there is the other error that "Your

[LLVMdev] [RC1] Building clang/llvm on Cygwin-1.7
Hello guys, On cygwin-1.7, I can build and test clang successfully by 3-stage. Known issues: - binaries among stage2 and stage3 do not match. (other than timestamp and checksum) investigating. - I met some warnings. I have fixes for them. - [llvm] r127241 - [llvm] http://lists.cs.uiuc.edu/pipermail/llvm-commits/Week-of-Mon-20110307/117725.html - [clang] r127283 - [clang]

Bug#312376: /etc/logcheck/logcheck.ignore is no longer read
Package: logcheck Version: 1.2.39 Severity: normal Since I've upgraded my servers to sarge, I'm getting mail every hour for stuff that was duly included in /etc/logcheck/logcheck.ignore. Turns out that sarge's version no longer reads that file. If this was a conscious decision, then there should be some warning about this when upgrading (via debconf of NEWS.Debian). Also, the

Bug#258427: logcheck/logtail didn't detect tampering logfile
Package: logcheck wanted to work on #195935, but found a less than funny issue, easy to reproduce: * remove some lines in front of your logfile * invoke logcheck you'll get a big email with all not matching lines from that log. not setting that to high priority because you are getting also the newer loglines. don't know if i find time that weekend. wanted to document it anyways. a++

error message - unexpected input
I have been using R the past couple of years to run models on data we are collecting. I recently got a new computer and updated to a new version of R (2.60 -> 2.90). Since the update, I cannot get my syntax to run. I have tried copying the file it is looking for into many different directories to try and run it. In the last version, I found that it was easiest if the file was copied into the R
