Friday at 1PM: SIPVicious has a new tool: svcrash
Hi,
Got some great news a few days ago from Sandro Gauci (@SandroGauci)
and we'll be talking about this with him this Friday at 1PM.
SIPVicious, the free security tools for SIP scanning, now include a
new tool: svcrash. It is aimed at helping system administrators stop
bandwidth consuming scans making
use of svwar and svcrack. Here is the announcement on SIPViscious blog:

Hey Tanya, I see a bunch of commits by Chris, does that mean the
server is back up?

make index / portsdb -Uu problems
Cheers,
Anyone seeing problems with the "make index" or the "portsdb -Uu"
runs on 4.8-STABLE cvsupd today after 1PM CDT.
Mine are quite borked up, and am trying to determine if the
problems are local to my system.
I have posted to the ports list earlier in the day also.

[linux-audio-user] CHANGES to pan.zipcon.net
...nks for the many comments and criticisms. They are needed.
The quality of the added recordings varies. We think the 2-piano recording
is a demo recording for ogg; some of the others are of marginal quality.
However there are those who will want them.
Download at any time. However downloading from 1PM to 1AM PST may be subject
to interruption. Of late there have been more mp3 users than ogg.

Help with FUNC_MATH
...ime with AM/PM
to 24 hour format. The code has something like this:
Exten =>
2,1,ExecIf(${MATH(${HOUR_SELECTED}<12)}?Set(HOUR_SELECTED=${MATH(${HOUR_SELECTED}+12,int)}))
Earlier on in the dialplan HOUR_SELECTED is set to 12. When they press
option 2 they are selecting PM. If the time is from 1PM to 11PM then I want
to add 12 to the number (so if it's 1 make it 13 etc.). When I run the
above the logs show the result as false yet if the user sets HOUR_SELECTED
to 12 then after this line of dialplan code it gets switched to 24. What am
I doing wrong here?
The exact DP code is:

Users losing connection at random
...But, if we wait five minutes or so
it comes right back. There is no need to log off and back on again. Print
ques also seem to be affected.
I've tried to look for something that is consistent about this problem and
so far it is only the times of day that it happens. Usually around 9am or
1pm. Nothing else clicks. I'm using '98, 2k and XP clients throughout my
building. It originally started out that it was only the '98 systems who
were effected but lately it has spread to some 2k machines. XP does not
have the password problem but we do lose access to shares. It jus...

Folks,
I''m happy to report that dates have been finalized for the next Xen

November 14-16 2007; Santa Clara CA, USA
Sun Microsystems have kindly agreed to host the event at their Santa

The plan is to start at 1pm on Wednesday the 14th, then run until
