office xp on fedora 4
Hi everyone, I just installed fedora 4 and the latest rpm of wine; wine-0.9.2-1fc4winehq.i386.rpm After it installs I go to /root/ and execute wine which creates the .wine directory and its' sub dirs. and files. I then try to install office xp with wine /media/cdrom/setup.exe. The installer comes up and I proceed with the default install directory c:\program files\microsoft office...

Accounting Software NEARLY WORKING :)
Hi guys Am trialing an install of SoEasy accounting software. Program is written in SuperBase - older version that is like VBScript language. Does not require registry settings etc as you can blow away and reload windows without effecting the program. Got the program to install and even got the front company menu displayed. but once the program has closed down it spits back the following error

MS Access2000 does not work fine
Dear All I am using Wine 0.9.15 on Fedora Core 5 in connection with WineTools. However, when I create a new database on MS Access (from MS Office2000), I get the following error: "The Dynamic Link Library msjet40.dll could not be located". So, I cannot use MS Access under Wine. Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Paul
