ATA FXO
I'm looking for a reliable ATA FXO/FXS adapter.
Linksys 3102 - a lot of echo problem + two of them died within a year (not reliable)
Sangoma USBFXO - problem installing drive in Gentoo.
I've tried two Chines units: AG-188N and YGW30B
none are of them have real FXO port that will register with Asterisk.
Any other recommendations; (I don't like internal cards).

Need Adapter/Gateway with PSTN-interface
I am looking for a gateway/ATA that can take conversations on the
analogue line (PSTN) and send them to the Asterisk server on the private
network.
I was experimenting with the Atcom AG-188N but the "FXO"-port only
supports lifeline, so it's not a real FXO-port that can send incoming
calls to my private Asterisk-server.
Could someone advice on a gateway that can take analogue calls and
transfer them on my local network ?!
I know about the Digium-cards. Are there alterna...

IAX2 ring cadence / time
Is the a way for IAX2 adapter to detect when the calling party hangs up the phone?
I have two IAX2 adapter, one is Digium IAXY when I call the IAXY extension and hang up the phone the IAXY adapter rings about two or three times after the
calling party hangs up the phone.
The new adapter AG-188N with IAX2 protocol as well does the same thing, the phone rings 2 or 3 times after the calling party hangs up the phone.
Is it controlled by the asterisk or an adapter? The adapters don't have any such settings.
SIP doesn't do that, rings cuts off as soon as the caller hangs up the phone....

Cisco SPA3102 Thoughts & Other Recommendations
I'm looking to build a VoIP solution for 100+ service vehicles that have
WiFi hot spots installed (with cellular uplinks). Currently we are
trying out Skype wireless handselts and Majick Jack. I'd also like to
consider an Open Source solution that can bring the calls back to our
data center [possibly integrated without our existing BCM 3.x VoIP
PBX].
