Thanks Brian, and thanks again for the included definitions <grin> - that
helped too. Your comments are really helping clear many questions.
I suppose our intensions are to become an IXC.
So if my local carrier is sporting old technology, they'll provide TDM
services. So if I understood you correctly, the "in-band signaling" is
typically SS7, and the alternative is typically

Index cache errors worse with 2.2.x
Hi!
I am getting "Cached message size smaller than expected" errors since dovecot-2.1.x.
Until now, I thought that those errors don't do any harm, I assumed that the cache will just be rebuilt after the error had been detected.
However, since dovecot 2.2.x (I tried 2.2.7 and 2.2.10), the errors sometimes seem to actually cause mail access to fail.
With dovecot-2.1.1, only the

atomic ops are optimized with incorrect semantics .
Hi All,
With the "https://gcc.godbolt.org/z/yBYTrd" case .
the atomic is converted to non atomic ops for x86 like
from
xchg dword ptr [100], eax
to
mov dword ptr [100], 1
the pass is responsible for this tranformation was instCombine
i.e InstCombiner::visitAtomicRMWInst
which converts the IR like
%0 = atomicrmw xchg i32* inttoptr (i64 100 to i32*), i32 1 monotonic
