Based on this little information I suggest asking a fortune teller. =)
Maybe a backtrace or a ssh -vvv (or sshd -ddd since you are not stating
client or server). Maybe knowledge if your OS supports /dev/random, or
your using the build-in entropy help or prngd/egd.
We need a lot more information to even start to help.
