I am trying to sample a subset from a matrix using sample. The size of the matrix is 20X 1532. It works fine with this, but when I transpose the matrix and try to sample it, it returns null. pick.set<-sample(tissue.exp.t,5,replace=FALSE,prob=NULL) Is there something that I am missing here ? I'm having a problem with nls: it iterates the correct number of times according to nls.control, but mis-reports how many iterations have occured! It converges on the correct parameter values, but doesn't stop and report them until it's done all its iterations. Then it reports as an error that it's stopped becaue it's done all its iterations. Not sure what's going on....

Hi I am current trying to set up a guaranteed minimum rate for the leaf (1:1x). Also would I be correct in saying that the quantum is the dividing rule (so if I keep it the same "1532" and keep all the leafs in "1:1x" prio 3 they should all get the same amount of bandwidth shared across them equally?).
