Using DNS, sometimes both servers end up using the same domain controller to authenticate users. I would like to distribute the load to different DCs. Is there a way to manually point Samba to certain DCs? I tried the following configuration: security = ads password server =

Gamepad missing buttons
I am trying to use a Guillemot gamepad with PES6 but the buttons are not recognized. In kubuntu system settings I can see my pad, callibrate the joysticks and see the buttons are recognized, but not inside wine (only the joysticks are recognized). I have tried different combinations for the DirectInput entry in the registry but either I have not stumbled upon the correct one or there is another

You got some 'splaininn to do Lucy ;-)
We just had a security application vendor come in. We asked about Linux support and he said that putting a security application on top of an insecure OS was useless. When I asked what he meant by insecure he replied that Linux does not have a true Auditing capability - as opposed to HP-UX & Solaris which they do support. Can anyone explain to me what he was talking about? Thanks, Marty
