Question on class 1, 2 output for RandomForest
The `1' and `2' columns are the error rates within those classes. E.g., the
last row of the `1' column should correspond to the class.error for "-", and
the last row of the `2' column to the class.error for "+". (I would
have thought that that should be fairly obvious, but I guess not. It mimics
what Breiman and Cutler's Fortran code does.) I suspect

Error: Can not handle categorical predictors with more than 32 categories.
Hi All,
My question is in regards to an error generated when using randomForest
in R. Is there a special way to format the data in order to avoid this
error, or am I completely confused on what the error implies?
"Error in randomForest.default(m, y, ...) :

Pearson corelation and p-value for matrix
Hi,
I was trying to evaluate the pearson correlation and the p-values for an nxm matrix, where each row represents a vector. One way to do it would be to iterate through each row, and find its correlation value( and the p-value) with respect to the other rows. Is there some function by which I can use the matrix as input? Ideally, the output would be an nxn matrix, containing the p-values

Don't know which model in"drc" package is to be used to find EC values.
Hi every one,
I am using the package 'drc' to model root elongation using dose
response data. I don't know which model I should use. Though I don't
know which model I should use, I tried the following codes given
below. But it produced the error messages. Can any one tell me the code

[LLVMdev] [llvm-commits] [PATCH] BasicBlock Autovectorization Pass
Ralf, et al.,
Attached is the latest version of my autovectorization patch. llvmdev
has been CC'd (as had been suggested to me); this e-mail contains
additional benchmark results.
First, these are preliminary results because I did not do the things
necessary to make them real (explicitly quiet the machine, bind the
processes to one cpu, etc.). But they should be good enough for
discussion.

Adding a new variable to each element of a list
Hello,
I have a list of data with multiple elements, and each element in the list
has multiple variables in it. Here's an example:
### Make the fake data

subject <- factor(c("s1","s1","s1","s2","s2","s2","s3","s3","s3",

Help RFM analysis in R (i want a code where i can define my own breaks instead of system defined breaks used in auto_RFM package)
I'm trying to perform an RFM analysis on the attached dataset,
I'm able to get the results using the auto_rfm function but i want to
define my own breaks for RFM.
as follow
r <-c(30,60,90)
f <-c(2,5,8)
m <-c(10,20,30)
but when i tried to define my own breaks i got the identical result for RFM
i.e 111 for every ID.
please help me with this with working R script so that i can get

siemens to run. it's a tool which can program siemens simatic S7 through
different devices, among others via serial port ppi cabel.
the problem is this: the application installs fine, but when i try to
install a software device interface (the interface to the serial port,
for example), nothing happens. the

[PATCH v2 0/3] common: Add a lightweight OCaml binding for PCRE.
v2:
- Change the OCaml code in the daemon to use PCRE instead of Str.
- Call pcre_compile2 so we can capture the error code on failure.
- Extend the test suite.
- Some other cleanups, but very minor.
Rich.
