Coordinate systems on on nv10-era cards
...be
piglit_draw_rect(1, 1, TEX_WIDTH / 2, TEX_HEIGHT / 2);
Then the result is all black. So I think that the coordinates are
being scaled up somewhere they're not supposed to be (or, conversely,
not being scaled down when they are supposed to be). The projection
matrix sent to the card is {x - 128, y - 128, z * 32767.5, 1 }. Should
it be scaling the coordinates down to the -1, 1 range instead? i.e. is
get_viewport_scale() just totally wrong? Or something in
nv10_emit_projection?
Ideas welcome :)

Greetings all,
Anyone done any work on these products? I have several (a couple of
different models) that are rebranded Ultra in the US. Using explore
with usbhid returns some significant quantities of data and I've done
some captures with usbsnoop. I've also asked Ultra to get me the HID
definition that was used for them, in the hopes I don't have to

how to pick cipher for AES-NI enabled AMD GX-412TC SOC tincd at 100% CPU
Hello everybody,
First a big thanks for tinc-vpn I am still using it next to wireguard
and openvpn.
I am having a setup where the tinc debian appliance is at 100% cpu load
doing about 7.5MB/s.
Compression = 9
PMTU = 1400
PMTUDiscovery = yes
Cipher = aes-128-cbc
How can I pick a cipher that is the fasted for my CPU and don't create a
CPU bottleneck at 100%.
Kind regards,

Coordinate systems on on nv10-era cards
So I did a lot more debugging on this. I wrote a program that draws a
triangle to an fbo, and then blits that to fb 0. If I draw the
triangle with
glBegin(GL_TRIANGLES);
glColor3f(1, 0, 0); glVertex3f(-0.6*128 + 128, -0.75*128 + 128, 0.5);
glColor3f(0, 1, 0); glVertex3f(0.6*128 + 128, -0.75*128 + 128, 0);
glColor3f(0, 0, 1); glVertex3f(128, 0.75*128 + 128, 0);
glEnd();
Then all is well. However if I do:
float verts[3][6] = {
{ -0.6*128 + 128, -0.75*128 + 128, 0.5, 1, 0, 0 },
{ 0.6*1...

How to calculate correlation matrix for 128 * 12625 matrix
In our dataset the samples/object are number of patients which is 128 and we
are dealing with 12,625 genes which is our

correlation matrix of (128 * 12,625) the resulted dimension of the
correlation matrix will be (12,625 * 12,625). I need some help about this
calculation.
