Puzzled with form on multiple table rows
I''ve got a table of events, and each event has a boolean attribute is_ten_event. On each row of the table is a chekbox to edit the value of is_ten_event, so that multiple rows can be edited with one submit. In order to allow boxes to be un-checked as well, the logic in the controller works like this get array of events from checkboxes that are ticked. make all events.is_ten_event =

My ajax stopped working when I switched to using respond_with. For my Votes, I have the create action and the corresponding create.js.erb, and respond_to :html, :js, :xml in the controller. Create Two objects at the same time
I have user model and referral model. Referral model has user_id as field. Now when a new user is created, I need to call referral#create as well and pass it the id of the newly generated user to user_id of referral model. How can I do that. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Talk" group. To post to this group, send email to

Stack Level Too Deep Error (can't seem to figure it out)
Hi all, I am running into a weird issue where my application is giving me a stack level too deep error. I can''t seem to find where my code is throwing this error. The system that this code runs fine on is a mac os x machine

Thank you for responding. I think my problem is not (yet) with OPUS itself. Encoding at complexity 0 takes 1.6ms ( 4.342ms at complexity 10 !) and decoding takes 1.9ms. 3.5ms, out of my 4.096ms budget, is

Hi all ! If someone could give me a hint on how to proceed with the following i'd be very happy: I have a test setup on an nrf52832 (Cortex M4) in which I receive audio from a PDM microphone (64 sample frame) and pass it directly to an I2S device i.e. from ISR to ISR. With uncompressed audio this works just fine. Now I try to insert OPUS1.3 in the path but cannot make it work. The

[PATCH v3 0/11] tests/qemu: Add program for tracing and analyzing boot times.
Lots of changes since v2, too much to remember or summarize. Please ignore patch 11/11, it's just for my testing. Rich.

[PATCH v2 0/7] tests/qemu: Add program for tracing and analyzing boot times.
v1 was here: https://www.redhat.com/archives/libguestfs/2016-March/thread.html#00157 Not running the 'hwclock' command reduces boot times considerably. However I'm not sure if it is safe. See the question I posted on qemu-devel: http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.emulators.qemu/402194 At the moment, about 50% of the time is consumed by SeaBIOS. Of this, about ⅓rd is SGABIOS
