[LLVMdev] vmkit2 core dump after building mmtk
Thanks for your help so far Gaël, but I ran into more trouble. I installed the JDK on my system and the messages indicated the JVM version needs to be 1.6. Did you intend to link me to Java 7? LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/jvm/jdk1.7.0_25/jre/lib/amd64/server/:/usr/lib/jvm/jdk1.7.0_25/jre/:/usr/lib/jvm/jdk1.7.0_25/jre/lib/amd64/ Buildfile: /path/to/code/vmkit/mmtk/java/build.xml main: [javac]

[LLVMdev] vmkit2 core dump after building mmtk
Arg, you have to use a version strictly before the 7u25 (probably the 7u21), sorry! I hope that it will work, because I also have problem to compile the trunk version of vmkit (I haven't tested the trunk since two months). I'm investigating. Tell me if it works for you with an older version :) See you, Gaël PS: the warning messages are not important 2013/11/21 Adam Pridgen

I also misunderstood :) So, in this case, the problem is that your version of openjdk is probably not supported. In fact, we only support the version 7u23 of openjdk :) You can find this version here: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/java-archive-downloads-javase7-521261.html#jdk-7u25-oth-JPR Currently, I'm modifying the internal design of vmkit and I'm not working

I guess I mispoke, I checked out the source from http://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/vmkit/trunk. I thought this was vmkit2. I guess I was just referring to vmkit then. Difference between 1.4.x and 1.6.x?
Forgive me if this is a FAQ question but I didnt see anything on the website of forum spelling out the difference between 1.4.x and 1.6.x Obviously 1.6.x is in development. Is it stable enough for production use? What are the new features being implemented in 1.6.x? Will Cepstral work with 1.6.x? OCFS2 1.2/1.6
We are in the process of migrating to new database servers. Our current RAC clusters are running OCFS2 1.2.9 on RHEL 4. Our new servers are running OCFS2 1.6 OEL5. If possible, we would like to minimize the amount of data that needs to move as we migrate to the new servers. We have the following questions: 1. Can we mount an existing OCFS2 1.2 volume on a servers running OCFS2 1.6?

1.6 cheatsheet
Hey has anyone seen a 1.6 cheatsheet around? Johnathan Snook did a nice 1.5 one but I''ve been working with 1.6 for a while and while I can use prototypejs.org, cheatsheets are handy for jogging memories.. I checked his blog, nothing there for 1.6. Gareth --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups
