Post-Syslinux Memory Manager
A goal: To have something like MEMDISK, but that redirects to sectors on
another disk, rather than memory.
A possible solution: Syslinux can install an INT 0x13 hook (as MEMDISK does)
and mark the hook's memory as reserved in the memory map. (Requiring an INT
0x15 hook, too.)
Given this solution, another goal: Once the hooks are installed, it'd be
useful to be able to return to Syslinux and work with the virtual disk.
This will be even more desirable once "multi-disk" support is incorporated
into Syslinux.
A challenge: In order to return to S...

BUG? re-ordering of tos routes in table
...2 table 3 nexthop via 192.168.0.24
# ip route show table 3
1.1.0.1 via 192.168.0.24 dev eth3
1.1.0.0/24 via 192.168.0.23 dev eth3
ok... it''s re-ordered the routes - it makes sense, the host route would
have been masked by the net route, but what about this:
# ip route add 1.1.0.0/24 tos 0x15 table 3 nexthop via 192.168.0.23
# ip route add 1.1.0.1/32 table 3 nexthop via 192.168.0.24
# ip route show table 3
1.1.0.1 via 192.168.0.24 dev eth3
1.1.0.0/24 tos 0x15 via 192.168.0.23 dev eth3
The routes as record will route all 1.1.0.1 traffic to 192.168.0.24 when
it should only route non tos...

[PATCH] Btrfs: barrier before waitqueue_active
We need an smb_mb() before waitqueue_active to avoid missing wakeups.
Before Mitch was hitting a deadlock between the ordered flushers and the
transaction commit because the ordered flushers were waiting for more refs
and were never woken up, so those smp_mb()''s are the most important.
Everything else I added for correctness sake and to avoid getting bitten by
this again somewhere else.
