Maybe - I usually don't try to change the basics of code, but try to
fix the errors properly.
I overlooked that code since it didn't exist in 1.2.1 and 1.3.0 and
we never set the CPU defines...

Signed Division and InstCombine
I was looking through the InstCombine pass, and I was wondering why signed
division is not considered a valid operation to combine in the
canEvaluateTruncated function. This means, given the following code:
