Different output from lm() and lmPerm lmp() if categorical variables are included in the analysis
I've found a problem when using
categorical variables in lmp() from package lmPerm
According to help(lmp): "This function will behave identically to lm()
if the following parameters are set: perm="", seq=TRUE,
center=FALSE.")
But not in the case of including categorical variables:
require(lmPerm)
set.seed(42)

[LLVMdev] Adding SQLite3 to llvm test-suite
Hi,
SQLite3 has a very simple build system, and it comes with an extensive
testsuite (over 40000 tests).
It hasn't shown any bugs in LLVM, but it is fairly simple to build [even
turn off features via -D], and can be CPU intensive.
I have integrated SQLite3 into llvm-test's build system, it is too large
to send as attachment (784K), you can get it from here:

[LLVMdev] Adding SQLite3 to llvm test-suite
Hi Edwin,
It works fine for me. Thanks!
We prefer a flat directory structure. Is it possible for you to
separate it out to sqlite3 and lemon rather than having them as sub-
directories under SQLite? Also, can you increase lemon's test size?
Please file bug about the performance issue. Thanks!

read.table()
Hi List,
I have spent more than 30 minutes, but failed to read in this file using the read.table() function. I could not figure out how to fix the following error.
Error in scan(file, what, nmax, sep, dec, quote, skip, nlines, na.strings, : line 1 did not have 6 elements
Any help would be be appreciated.
Thanks,

Paravirtualised drivers for fully virtualised domains
(The list appears to have eaten my previous attempt to send this.
Apologies if you receive multiple copies.)
The attached patches allow you to use paravirtualised network and
block interfaces from fully virtualised domains, based on Intel''s
patches from a few months ago. These are significantly faster than
the equivalent ioemu devices, sometimes by more than an order of
magnitude.
