samba - May 2023 - Samba with macOS Finder can't open recently moved files

According to posts on the MacAdmins slack<https://macadmins.slack.com/>
smb_samba channel, this was a macOS Ventura problem impacting multiple SMB
implementations.  It's fixed in the macOS 13.4 update, even though the
release notes don't mention it.

Thanks for the enlightenment. Upgrading to Ventura 13.4 actually fixed the
issue!
