I made many samba installations like dc ad. I don't think the problem is in the Samba. I suspect that I have the problem in Windows AD (but it does allow me to replicate with a Windows). I am lost with debug.

I am lost with debug. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the dns etc on the proposed Samba DC. Is there a firewall running, either on the Windows DC or the Samba machine ? You say that the domain is forest level 2008R2, but did it start out as an earlier version ? Try reading this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/817470/how-to-reconfigure-an-msdcs-subdomain-to-a-forest-wide-dns-application I think this may possibly be your problem. Rowland

Raise the domain and the forest to 2008 R2. Migrate from FRS to DFS-R. And Migrate to SO 2012 R2. but stay in 2008 R2 the domain and forest level.> Try reading this: > > https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/817470/how-to-reconfigure-an-msdcs-subdomain-to-a-forest-wide-dns-application > > I think this may possibly be your problem.I think the same, now i try to read about that, and try to recreate the forest.> Rowland > > > --Thanks for the Help !
