Is it possible to replicate a samba4 base to another server with ldap?

It all depends on what you mean by 'samba4 base'.
If you mean when Samba is running as an AD DC, then it is replicated to
any other DC in the domain.
If you mean Openldap with Samba's users and groups etc stored in it,
then yes, see Openldaps documentation.

If you mean something else, please supply more info.

As an AD DC ?
As an NT4-style pdc ?
As a standalone server ?
or what ?

Just saying 'same base as of samba4' isn't enough. As you can see,
you
can set samba4 up in multiple ways.

Just set up another DC, see here:

https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Joining_a_Samba_DC_to_an_Existing_Active_Directory

This will replicate everything in AD to its database.

If your new DC is another location, use 'sites', see here:
