samba - Apr 2016 - Samba 4.2, Mac clients not listing contents of some shares

Did OP get a resolution to this issue? It sounds a lot like what I’m going
through right now.

  error reading meta xattr: Operation not supported

Filesystem without xattr support, vfs_streams_xattr not loaded, or
similar.
