Greetings, All! The wiki article https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Setup_and_configure_file_shares_with_Windows_ACLs#Preparatory_work suggests the use of "barrier=1" mount option, but it is not entirely clear to me, what partition should it be used on? If I read the article carefully, and assume much, it seems it needs to be used only on partition that holds TDB files. Is my assumption correct? -- With best regards, Andrey Repin Tuesday, May 5, 2015 09:46:52 Sorry for my terrible english...

Is my assumption correct?depends on your storage, power supplies and how much you care about the data - turn barriers only off then you *really* know what you are doing and how you can handle a possible and unexpected fallout -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed... I only really care for consistency of a DC. The user data have sufficient backups in more than one place, both on the fly and on schedule. -- With best regards, Andrey Repin Tuesday, May 5, 2015 11:46:21 Sorry for my terrible english...
