** Update **
Apparently I changed the case of my policies folder. It was initially
'Policies'. When I updated the folder I used 'policies'. This
resulted
in sysvolcheck saying the file or folder didn't exists. A change of the
case allowed 'sysvolcheck' and 'sysvolreset to succeed.
