this is only a guess.

If it is your question, then I can tell you that it has been postponed 
again, the webpage you referred to, will be updated as & when the new 
release date is decided.

Hello, please don't keep posting asking (well I think your asking, it is 
a bit unclear) when rc3 will be released, especially don't ask me. I do 
not know when it will be released. It will be released when it is ready 
and no amount of asking will make that happen sooner!
