[Samba] Neighborhood browsing <1b> type record misunderstanding !
Questions are about <1b> NetBios type record name for workgroup (for workgroup, not for node) . For example, there is 192.168.0.0/24 local subnet or moreover 10.0.0.0/8subnet with Samba4 as DC (either Win NT or Win NT+) for mdom.net domain, and as following, there is mdom workgroup in neighborhood. But there are some other domain and/or non-domain workgroups in the subnet which Samba4 does not belong to. Is <1b> had to be registered by Samba4 or at Samba4 ONLY for Workgroup which is domain (workgroup netbios for domain) and where Samba4 is DC ? For my example, for mdom.net, that is for MS Domain. Or is <1b> had to be registered by Samba4 or at Samba4 for any groups - domain groups and non domain groups existed in the whole subnet, that is subnet domain (subnet domain mean broadcast domain subnet) ? Could <1b> type be registered by Samba4 or at Samba4 for workgroup where Samba4 doesn' t act as PDC (where Samba4 has not <1c> type) but there is DC (whom has to register it and add to its names data base) or this type could be registered by Samba or at Samba only if it is as DC ? Could <1b> type be registered by Samba4 or at Samba4 for workgroup where Samba4 doesn' t act as PDC and there are not any PDCs for ?
