samba - Jul 2012 - Samba blocks access to files opened by another user (3.6.6 bug?)

I've updated a Samba instalation from 3.4 to 3.6.6. After the update,
I'm
with a great problem.

to know what to do now, because the installation is used at production
environment. Somebody here can help me?

Aditionally, lsattr do now give me special attributes and set "oplocks
False" and "level2 oplocks = False" at shares do not solved the
problem.
