Ok, SMB2 is very "experimental" in 3.5.6. The main SMB2 work
is going in on the v3-6-test tree (and master of course).
Modulo a few known issues SMB2 support in v3-6-test is being
used in production in some sites, so I'm confident it's in
pretty good shape (and will be shipping in 3.6.0 when it's
finally released of course).
If you're comfortable working and building source code
then I'd suggest checking out the v3-6-test branch
and testing that. If not, then you'll have to wait
for the next 3.6.0 pre-release.
